available through VFS. These include offshore companies, on-island
businesses and accounts for individuals domiciled in the British Virgin
Islands. For those clients not requiring accounting services to the
level required for submission to various regulatory bodies we offer
experienced and efficient book-keeping services.
Financial Intelligence - Comprehensive due diligence enquiries are a staple requirement of the
offshore finance industry. Vigilate Financial Services is well placed
to service this need for both overseas clients and those operating locally.
Normally enquiries are completed within one business day of a request being
received.
Corporate Services - These include incorporation of companies, their routine administration
and the registration of vessels under the BVI Ships Registry (currently
within the Red Ensign group).
